Market Bag + Matteo Linen

Natural linen doesn’t ever look great on me, but I really want to touch this Italian milled linen scarf by Matteo for the Apolis shop. I love the perfectly imperfect stitched edges. Maybe it would look OK on me because of the vibrant red thread? Probably not, but I really love Matteo’s dreamy products and I’m intrigued.

Another thing I’ve had my eye on from the shop is this sturdy Market Bag–it seems like the perfect size for grocery shopping. The bags have natural vegetable dyed leather straps, a waterproof lining and are made from 100% natural golden jute that was harvested by farmers in Bangladesh. This successful project is helping to rebuild an economy from farmer to manufacturer and has provided jobs for 75 women in Saidpur, Bangladesh. Available individually or in packs of three. Nice!
