Friday!

Sunday is my birthday, so I am going to be spending the day eating food from the groups that my bossy Polish naturopath has forbidden–gluten and dairy. I’m actually a little nervous about it because I AM A BREAD, CAKE, CHEESE AND WHIPPED CREAM ADDICT. I guess we’ll find out soon enough how it goes. If I don’t come back on Monday it probably means that I ran off and joined a baguette cult.

We’ll be heading to the Oregon coast for most of the day. I feel like I get so much done without actually doing anything aside from looking out at the ocean. Thoughts fully form, ideas flow, vision becomes more clear. I’m going to spend a little time with the sea–manifesting a year of health, balance, harmony, happiness and productivity.

    I hope that you have all the bread, cake, cheese and whipped cream your Birthday self can handle! I’m pretty sure that all dietary issues are negated when at the coast anyway.

      Thank you, Hila. The sea really pulled out all the stops for me yesterday–it was gorgeous. I wish I could capture it better with my camera, but I’m not sure you can ever truly capture that kind of magic. Thanks so much! xo
