London Transit Museum
I was flipping through the August issue of Country Living (UK) and saw a little mention of these beautiful vintage posters from the London Transit Museum. Printed reproductions of all posters are available to purchase in a variety of sizes in their shop.
It’s interesting to read all the details about each one. I’m very keen on these beauties–mostly from the late 1920s and early 1930s.

1. Summer is Here; Flee the Town by Irene Fawkes, 1926
2. The Country by Underground by Irene Fawkes, 1928
3. Waltham Abbey by Tram by F Gregory Brown, 1916
4. Continue Your Holiday by A A Moore, 1928

1. St Albans and Verulamium by Walter E Spradbery, 1931
2. Mickleham by Alick P F Ritchie, 1931
3. No. 4; Spring by A A Moore, 1931
4. Epping Forest by Walter E Spradbery, 1930

Oooohh boy- I was going to save my cash to go buy some fabric, but I think I HAVE to have one of these posters!
Yes! I think they are very reasonably priced.
Oh wow, I think one of these needs to find its way to my wall asap. The colors are gorgeous!
Check out the rest of their collection, Kayla. Amazing!
