Emma Fletcher for TOCCA
I know it seems like a dream, but Emma Fletcher, the designer behind beloved (and sadly defunct) brand, Lyell, is now steering the design ship at TOCCA. This new collection for fall is full of impeccable garments that we’ve all been pining for since Emma closed up shop. I’m especially crazy for the beautiful, cozy swing coats and the whispering illusion of the Deco-inspired lacework.
Here are my favorites from Tocca Fall/Winter 2011:

I think I say this every time I comment but SO PERFECT! I want to touch everything! It looks so luxurious!
MEEE TOOOO!
WANT that black coat!
Yes.
indeed, quite beautiful!
Mmmmhmmm….
OH thank GOD! all through university I used to look at Lyell and just say to myself ” as soon as you get a job you will buy something by her” and then she closed the second I graduated. This is a dream come true! One coat for me please!
Yes, it was shocking when her line just disappeared!
Oh good, I already own all the thrift versions of this collection.
Speaking of which, one of my best thrifts ever was a black chiffon Lyell dress.
I don’t think what you do can even be called ‘thrifting’. That is a word for mortals.
