Sneak Peek: Colenimo Spring/Summer 2012

Here is a special preview of my friend Aya’s new Colenimo Spring/Summer 2012 collection, Paper Moon. This season she was inspired by the film of the same title and Tatum O’Neal’s tomboy character, Addie Loggins. The shapes are playful and unpretentious–silk crepe sailor tops with detachable collars, oxford cotton dresses and tops with pretty ombre dip dye treatments. I love the 1930s workwear looks–the Irish linen jacket, trousers, shorts and indigo dye garments. Dustbowl darlings!

As you may know by now, Colenimo is one of my favorite lines in the world. It’s always fun for me to feature Aya’s beautiful collections (see links below!).

You should check out the Colenimo shop to snap up the Autumn collection!

I only recently discovered the beauty that is Colenimo, so it was lovely to see this sneak peek, thank you. It has me longing for lazy summer days and the kind of languid life this collection evokes.
