Charlotte Taylor A/W 2012

Hello! Here are some beautiful new looks from the Charlotte Taylor Autumn/Winter 2012 collection, Jamaica Inn. As always (see my SS12 post), she really has an incredible way with color and print–deliriously cool. The collection is inspired by coastal walks, Daphne du Maurier, smugglers and the magnificence of Cornwall. OWL!

I hope your weekend was nice. Like I said on Friday, I ended up doing quite a bit of cleaning–not the most thrilling weekend, but it feels good to have the house tidied up. Other than that I went to breakfast at my favorite restaurant, had very cool vivid dreams, watched a Smithsonian documentary about the Hope Diamond, put too many colors of polish on my fingers, had too many pots of tea and Swedish Fish, de-skunked Zelda, practiced my Photoshop and bought some pretty face spray that Tamera introduced me to. How about you? Anything fun?

HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU MAY HAVE MISSED:

Heart-shaped macarons and the like.

Gorgeous watercolor mirrors!

A BEAUTIFUL fashion show by an immensely talented lady.

A made a dreamy little mixtape for you.

Such pretty pillows!

Lovely braided necklaces.

STUNNING JEWELRY!

MOVIE STAR OUTFITS. By me!

A touch of gold.

SUCH A DARLING COLLECTION!!!!

Vintage Vogue and LOVELY LINKS.

You are right, amazing colour! and she used Rosalind from Clothes Cameras, Coffee as her model, I love her. Such a sweetheart!

  2. Whoa–gorgeous! I love these prints and colors, particularly that top orange and yellow dress and the orange and blue print dress in the second set. Her inspirations are–well, inspiring!–as well.

  4. it’s all so uniquely lovely! the second dress you posted, in orange and yellow, has an interesting design on the skirt which reminds me of a tattoo bjork has which she has said in interviews is modeled on old viking compasses. based on the collection’s theme i’d say ms. taylor did that on purpose- very cool.
