Hello! I hope your weekend was smashing. I ended up having a bit of a bender… a sugar, bread, cheese, caffeine and chocolate bender. It was in preparation for my cutting that stuff out (or WAAAAY back) for a while. It’s so hard! I was going to start my mega healthy eating plan starting today and then I remembered that it was Valentine’s Day on Tuesday… and it would be weird to not have some sweets on V-Day, right? So, I guess I’ll officially start on Wednesday. Blerg.
