Have you seen Tess–the 1979 film adaptation of Thomas Hardy’s 1891 novel Tess of the d’Urbervilles? The Roman Polanski film stars amazing Nastassja Kinski with Peter Firth and Leigh Lawson. If you live in Portland, starting this Friday, March 8, the remastered film will be playing at the NW Film Center. There will be showings each evening through Monday, March 11.
