YAY! The super awesome Sundaze Collective market is back for us to shop this Sunday at The Cleaners at Ace Hotel! This month, 16 fantastic local designers and shops will be setting up their spaces with all manner of things both beautiful and useful and, more importantly, happy-making. Look for the new faces of talented local folks making their Sundaze debut this month AND a those wunderkinds you look forward to Sundazing with on the regular. Grab a coffee and head over to stroll around this cheery event. You’ll find lots of beauties in clothing, bags, accessories, jewels, apothecary, ceramics, rugs, textiles, wall hangings, home goods, stuff for the kiddies and babes, great vintage, delicious homemade jams, and beautiful garden bouquets. AND… you can get your tarot cards read to see what’s in store for your summer! ♥

Each month brings a rotating selection of incredibly talented local merchants to fill The Cleaners space — thanks to some stellar coordinating by lovely Sarah Radcliffe from The Yo! Store! THE YO! STORE: Sarah’s amazing Portland shop offers gorgeous jewels, bags, stellar home goods, wonderful apothecary goods, the cutest stuff for babies and kids, and ace vintage clothing pieces that work beautifully when paired with modern designs or layered with more standout vintage. MINOUX JEWELRY: Kristen makes elegant, classic jewelry from recycled sterling silver, bronze and gold that look amazing dressed up or down. MORE MINOUX.

FRANKIE & COCO: Maya’s bags, accessories and housewares are handcrafted from start to finish. She uses quality materials with fun, colorful prints and sometimes utilizes vintage elements. The line is named after her kiddos who help keep her inspired and creating. MORE FRANKIE & COCO.

AUDREY BROWN STUDIO: Audrey is a local womenswear designer who has worked with local companies for years and is now building up her own line. Expect to see cute jumpers, tops, and dresses for summer! MORE AUDREY BROWN STUDIO.

GARDEN RIOT FLOWERS: Zoë van Baaren was a professional photographer in NY, but has loved getting dirt under her nails since she was a child. She and her family found their home in Portland and now she makes beautiful floral arrangements from unique flowers like clematis, romantic roses, strawberry spinach, tamarillo berries, and glorious sprigs of plum basil. DEA DIA: Jessica created her Dea Dia jewelry line in 2011 and now has a beautiful little Portland brick-and-mortar shop and studio on N. Albina. Her handcrafted jewelry, hair accessories, and wall hangings are modern and rustic. The shop has clothing, home goods, ceramics, apothecary, and works from other independent designers. OKO: Lisa’s lovely little shop specializes in vintage and antique jewelry, rare and one-of-a-kind found objects from Eastern Europe and elsewhere, as well as select ceramics, books and homewares. MORE OKO.

BOSQUE DESIGN: Lauren Hackett designs timeless, sculptural modern furniture and home goods with an eye for detail and geometry. With a background in architecture and sculpture, Hackett uses solid wood, metals, and glass to create pieces to last. MORE BOSQUE DESIGN.

BOET: Emily makes beautiful, sculptural jewelry and art objects with hand-crocheted fiber and vintage brass chain. MORE BOET.

ALEXA STARK: Alexa designs clothing with a firm foundation in sustainability, repurposing, minimal waste and quality fabrics. MORE ALEXA STARK.

CHARMING THE MOON + TAROT: Jewelie has a little online shop and she also makes pure plant fragrances, body oils, chakra sprays, room sprays, candles, and soaps — some infused with the power of crystals and stones. And tarot, too! MORE CHARMING THE MOON.
