I’ve been drooling over the Craftsman and Wolves pastry case online via their instagram feed. The craquelin bread with rose, violet and orange flowers in the first image is what first caught my eye and now I can’t stop thinking about eating at their San Francisco patisserie in the Mission. I’m thinking of ordering some of their housemade Matcha Milk Jam and other treats until I can spend a day eating at their lovely spot. Those shortbread cookies with the edible flowers! Everything. I love the new Mill spring shop lookbook featuring lovely songbird Sarah Simon from sweet SF folk band Magic Magic Roses. I’d never heard of the band (listen here), but now I’m going to buy their dreamy albums because I can’t stop listening and they’re perfect for summer days. These photos are stunning — photographer Andrew Paynter shot them on Kodak film, proving that real film still rules. The new Mill online shop is beautiful and much easier to navigate than their last. Some of my favorite from this lookbook are the Golden Bear Varsity Jacket, the Saint James Galathee Striped Top, the Ouur Linen Crewneck Sweater, the Apiece Apart Chios Jumpsuit and the Moroccan Market Bag. More lovely looks right HERE.
I love this dreamy shop lookbook for Swords-Smith that Hannah and Emily created. I think my favorite pieces are the Risto Plisse Skirt, Saunder Balloon Skirt, the CF. Goldman Quilted Bodice, Harare Toto Kimono and the Giu Giu Nude Shorts. Plus, they have a million other beautiful garments, accessories and things for your home right now! More HERE.
It’s been a while since I last talked about Poplin Homewear and their lovely handmade pajamas, but they’ve been on my mind again lately and a lot of their designs are on sale. This summer there will be many pitchers of iced tea, strategically placed fans and light cotton pjs — our new house is an oven! Not that there is anything wrong with a t-shirt and undies or sleeping in the nude, but I’d really like to up my pj game because there’s just something I love about having comfy clothing made specifically for sleeping and lounging. Also, we get a lot of houseguests and it’s nice to be able to hop out of bed to go make coffee for them without showing them my butt. My favorites from Poplin right now are the Ima Morning Robe, the Celia Short Jumpsuit, the cute Lulia Nightdress, the Una Long Shirt and the Nori Striped Bodysuit looks fantastic. More HERE and you can also find Poplin on Etsy.

There are so many beautiful things at Couverture & The Garbstore right now! I’d love to visit this Notting Hill-based boutique someday because their selection for women, men, home and children is just fantastic. My current favorites are the Hana Tricot Dress by Mina Perhonen, the Acanto Dress by Momoni, the Osa Dress by Colenimo, the Warboel Kaftan Dress by Humanoid, the Hortensia Dress by Laurence Dolige (actually everything by Laurence Dolige!), the Farn Top by A Detacher and pink shoes by Lika Mimika. More HERE.
