I’ve been in the Lou & Grey shop scrutinizing cute basics since my friend, Megan, sent me the link yesterday. Lou & Grey is a sister label under the Ann Taylor LOFT umbrella. I’ve been trying to suss out the natural fibers from the sneaky polyester and am decidedly intrigued by that blush linen moto jacket, heathered sweater dress, spacedye cardigan and field jacket. I even almost posted a photo of their stormy drawstring pants, but I have eyes and know these are actually sweatpants. So, apparently, hell has not frozen over and my dear grandmother will not have to curse me from beyond. I’ve linked my faves below. More HERE.

I keep thinking about the “green amethysts” in this beautiful jewelry collection from Aesa. I love it when you find yourself drawn to specific stones and crystals that would aid in remedies for current life situations. Prasiolite (“green amethyst”) has a lot of benefits, like magnifying intuition to bring luck and prosperity and helping to balance emotions. It can also help healing from physical pain and protect you from outside negativity and is said to foster compassion, self-acceptance and self-honor. Plus, they’re mesmerizing and a stunning ocean color. More HERE.
I’ve been admiring the lovely new things at Vuela this past week. Marji has been getting in some amazing new labels, like handbag designers, Month of Sundays from Finland and Ellen Truijen from the Netherlands. There are also dreamy new jewels and ceramics from Leah Ball from Chicago and beautiful new dresses and tunics from Milena Silvano. I’ve rounded up some of my current shop faves below and to celebrate spring, handmade and there finally being Vuela on Instagram, Marji is offering a shopping code! More HERE.

I love the new Reality Studio spring collection, “Tiger Calm”, by German fashion designer, Svenja Specht. She created an incredibly beautiful collection with a perfectly balanced combination of bold prints and soft shapes. I especially love the pieces made from the digitally printed silk collaboration with Lyon textile artists, Milleneufcentquatrevingtquatre and the linen designs, of course. Shop HERE (PDX shop!) and HERE.
YAY! Portland-based accessories makers, Tanner Goods, released their women’s collection that I mentioned here last week and on my Instagram. My favorites are my new rich, cognac-colored Chicago tan leather beauty, the Vanguard Saddle Bag, and the pleated Perennial Day Bag in navy canvas with Chicago tan leather. Check the bag launch instagram tag #myownTG to see them in action and see more styles HERE. Have a wonderful week!
