Happy Friday! I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead. I’ll be trying to plan a small vacation because I need one very badly. Maybe California. Big Sur? Napa? I haven’t been to Big Sur since I was a kid. Me and my hippie mom were there a lot when I was little–when we were drifters. She loved Jack Kerouac, of course. Any travel ideas? xx

Mixtape: A Roll in the Meadow
Here’s a new music mix that I made, A Roll in the Meadow. It was inspired by the beautiful spring weather and it’s meant to be listened to while getting it on in a field of flowers. L’Ecole Des Beaux Arts, Brooklyn
If I lived in NY, I’d LOVE to take a bunch of the classes at Sara Moffat’s Williamsburg school, L’Ecole Des Beaux Arts. Such a wonderful idea! Sara was part of the trio behind a clothing label (which I loved), so it’s cool to see what she has been up to since they folded.There’s such an intriguing lineup of workshops–indigo dyeing, botanical studies, still life drawing, lessons in making your own natural cleaning products, the art of knot tying, block printing, photography, makeup, lettering, amazing art classes for kiddos and more HERE.
