La Danse

Wow! What a lovely ballet-inspired spring lookbook for dreamy Portland-based shops, Summerland and Clever Nettle! These images are STUNNING–wonderful job by Anja and Megan. It always makes me so happy to see the shops and designers I love come out with lookbooks that do their designs and businesses justice. Also, Anja’s fashion photography is just getting better and better–I can’t wait to see what’s next! See lots more... Read More

The SS Cashmere…

So pretty. I loved Payal Luthra’s previous collection (read my post: The Architect’s Cashmere) for Fall/Winter 2010 and it is so nice to see her warmer weather creations. Her new Ring Scarves with the grosgrain ribbon detail are so lovely–I’d love to have one in heather tan. With spring, Payal has also added cashmere shrugs... Read More

Sneak Peek! Patouf A/W 2011 Lookbook

I really... Read More

Patouf

I love the images from the new Patouf Spring/Summer 2011 lookbook by Stockholm-based fashion designer, Anna Angseryd. There is also so much cute stuff from her Fall/Winter collection in the Patouf online shop right now! I’d love to get my mitts on the Mathilde dress and the Miriam knitted skirt! all images courtesy of Patouf CREDITS: Photography: Michelle Christiansen Styling: Natalie Olenheim Hair & Makeup: Camilla Lindholm Model:... Read More

Dream Outfit: Topshop Halloween

Warning: This post is très ridiculous. I started looking at the pieces that I’d been saving from Topshop and it occurred to me that together they made a rather festive flapper outfit for a Halloween cocktail party. Then as I started placing them next to each other I realized that I would ultimately end up looking like a very glamorous ostrich in this getup. In general, I have a strict blood, gore, fright code to uphold when it comes to Halloween... Read More
