Morning After Girl…
Yep–really in love with the Winter 2011 Collection, ‘The Morning After the Night Before” from NZ designer, Juliette Hogan. I love how flirty her clothes are and it makes me happy to see more of the pleated, full skirt dresses that I was so cuckoo for in her Winter 2010 collection. I want to be a “J Ho Girl”! This new range is accurately described as somewhere in between a debutante and a black widow. Twirly, modest frocks... Read More
Vivienne.
I love these murky, dreamily dark images from the Vivienne Westwood Gold Collection A/W 2010 & S/S 2011 runways. Her Gold line is my favorite work of hers right now, but I also really love some of the pieces from Anglomania. She really holds court and tells such wonderful tales with her garments. She’s been such a tremendous inspiration and a major hero since I was a kid. all images courtesy of Vivienne Westwood Read More

French photographer Alexandra Camara’s work with kids is absolutely wonderful. I love these dotty images she shot for Parisian children’s clothing label, BOdeBO. Looks like they’re playing a glamorous game of Twister avec ennui. photos by Alexandra Camara Read More
Jacadi Paris
I love the beautiful garments for kids from Jacadi Paris. I think this painterly park setting and the kids’ solemn expressions for the Jacadi L’Automne-Hiver 2010 lookbook shoot are fantastic. I wish I could find information about the stylist and photographer! Did you know that they make Resort Wear for babies? They do. You know–proper attire for playing shuffleboard or challenging a Vanderbilt baby at the tables in Monte-Carlo. all... Read More

I love this shoot I found styled by Charlotte Stokes. Also wonderful is that while researching I’ve discovered that Stokes is actually the stylist behind two F/W 2010 collections that I posted about recently (see here and here). She is part of the Aritzia family in Vancouver, B.C.. Love her work and I love this windy, rosy cheeked romp. You can also find a sweet video from this shoot on photographer Candace Meyer’s website–in the... Read More
